LAS DIFERENCIAS
A veces en la asombrosa ignorancia 
escucho cosas y veo cosas 
que nunca supe que había visto y escuchado 
A veces en la ignorancia 
siento el significado 
Sabiduría invencible, invisible. 
Y comulgo con un instinto intuitivo 
con la fuerza que ha hecho que la vida sea 
Y como ha hecho que la vida sea 
es más grande que la vida misma. 
Y como ha hecho que la extinción sea 
es más grande que la extinción misma. 
Comulgo con sentimiento más que con 
la oración. 
Pues no hay nada más que pedir 
que la compañía sea 
y que sea superior a cualquier otro ser. 
A veces en mi asombrosa ignorancia 
Otros me ven solo como quieren ver 
Para ellos soy como ellos piensan 
De acuerdo con los estándares yo no debería de ser 
y esa es la diferencia entre yo y ellos 
porque los veo como son al ser 
y no esta aparente ignorancia de lo que fue.

And I commune with intuitive instinct

I commune with feeling more than 

prayer 

For there is nothing else to ask for 

That companionship is 

And it is superior to any other is. 

Sometimes in my amazing ignoranee 

Others see me only as they care to see 

I am to them as they think 

According to standards I should not be 

And that is the difference between I and them 

Because I see them as they are to is 

And not the seeming ignorance of the was.
